1. Navigating the college days with sanity
While it is undeniable that college is one of the most exciting times of our lives, it also stirs a gamut of emotions, often leaving us perplexed. The newfound freedom can quickly become the sole cause of our anxiety, stress, and insomnia. For some, college can even feel like a maze that slowly unfolds its long and winding path, often filled with twists. Consequently, it becomes tough to navigate – consider factors like enduring peer pressure, maintaining straight A grades, becoming the cool kid on the block, and so on. In keeping up with most of these, emotional well-being takes a backseat. Seek intervention from your loved ones or a professional ASAP, especially when you feel the heightened fear of failure, are overwhelmed by the coursework, experience discomfort in public speaking, or are a little too bothered about exceeding expectations. Speak up today for a better tomorrow!

2. Are we still keeping mum about mental health in college students?
No, not anymore!
Long gone are the days of mental health topics being stigmatised. In this decade, we are going for a new trend: making a positive change. This starts with educating the young adults in college. With one post a day, we can better equip them to fend for themselves. Let us make them aware of the help available, should they find themselves stuck in the rut of academic performance and perfectionism.
P.S. Stress, my dear buddies, can come in bouts, all at once, and shapes unseen. Fret not, because we have your back. All you have to do is share your struggles.

3. Raising the youth of today to be emotionally healthy
A nation grows strong by the strength of its youth. But what if those minds cease to think? Unfathomable! But this can very well become a reality if we fail to nurture our youth properly. Yes, we are talking about emotionally healthy young adults capable of making perceptively sane decisions. For that, however, we have to end the stigma associated with mental health discussions. Let us normalise talking about stress, anxiety, and depression in college students. Let us not shut them down when they come seeking help for all these and other psychological discomfort they experience. Appreciating their ability to notice issues within themselves and gathering the courage to voice their concerns could bring about a miraculous change.
Looking forward to this post reaching all – especially the college-goers and those in that age bracket.
Dear students, we care and are determined to stand by you through thick and thin.
